Information You Send
Search Terms
When you type a name, county, state, or similar term into a partner search box, that query is sent to the third-party provider that powers the tool. Missaukee County Inmate Population does not keep its own log of those search terms.
Messages
If you send an email or other message, we may keep the information you provide long enough to review it and respond. We do not share contact messages outside our organization unless a valid legal requirement applies.

How Data Is Used
Data collected through the site is used for practical site operations and limited business purposes.
- Keeping pages available, stable, and reasonably fast.

- Displaying ads that may be based on general visitor interests.
Outside Websites
This site links to sheriff pages, jail information pages, court portals, MDOC OTIS, Michigan VINE, BOP, ICE ODLS, statutes, and third-party search services. Once you leave this site, the privacy policy and terms of the outside website control how that outside system handles your data.
Advertising partners may use their own technology to measure ads or show targeted ads across websites. That activity occurs through their systems, not through a public-record system run by Missaukee County or the State of Michigan.
